thank you so much for this episode. I had a serious concussion at 17, then no more till 47. That one set off a cascade because it never fully healed (working single mom of 4). I’m now an active 55 and two months ago had maybe my 8th concussion or sub concussive event—hard to know cuz it takes less and less to trigger symptoms now and i stopped going to doctors about them cuz they were so uninformed. Just learned about HBOT and concussion TODAY!! I’m excited and I thank you for this episode. Tho it was geared to youth in sports I could tell you both really get it. I felt like someone understands and there is hope.
